Terry is really still in so much pain but I actually think he is "doing as well as can be expected". Today was the first day he could take off the collar he has had to wear. We started the day off going to church together which was awesome and an answer to lots of prayers. That was his first outing since the surgery. Needless to say we had to head straight home for him to nap. We are really blessed that one by one the kids all stopped by to visit and check on him. In between we ventured out to eat out and that was nearly a mistake. Sure laid him low for a little as it was a bit much. His appetite hasn't been the best and fish sounded good to him at the time. :) When Michelle's crew stopped by we even got PePaw out for a few bubbles. It was a fun time. I love good memories of great days.
Days, hours, minutes, seconds are what you make of them. In the midst of Terry's pain after surgery thanks to wonderful family and friends we choose to make good memories. I praise God for that.
